Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Block Buster Thunder (“the App”) handles information. The App is a casual block puzzle game distributed on Google Play.
1. Information stored on your device
The App saves game-related data locally on your device using on-device storage (for example Android SharedPreferences). This may include:
- Game progress and saved sessions
- High scores and player statistics
- Settings such as language, theme, sound, and music preferences
We do not require you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
2. Internet access
The App may request Internet permission so that advertising services can work when ads are enabled in a production build. Core gameplay does not require you to sign in or send personal profile data to our own servers. We do not operate a separate backend that stores your puzzle progress.
3. Advertising
Some builds of the App may show advertisements through Google AdMob when ads are enabled.
- While ads are disabled, the App does not intentionally use the Advertising ID for ad serving.
- When ads are enabled, Google and its partners may process device information such as Advertising ID, IP address, device/app identifiers, and interaction data to deliver, measure, and improve ads, under Google’s policies.
- Learn more: Google Privacy Policy and Google Play ads guidance.
- You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy / Google → Ads, depending on device).
4. Analytics and crash reporting
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand anonymous usage (for example which game modes are opened and when a round ends). Firebase may process an app-instance identifier and similar technical data under Google Firebase privacy. We do not currently ship Crashlytics. We do not sell personal information.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us using the details below and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where applicable.
6. Data retention and your choices
- Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage, uninstall the App, or use in-app reset options where available.
- Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data from that device.
- You can manage advertising preferences through your device’s ad settings when ads are used.
7. Third-party services
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics. If ads are enabled, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK may also process data as an independent controller or processor under Google’s terms. We do not sell your personal information.
8. International distribution
The App may be available in multiple countries through Google Play. Processing by Google services may occur in locations where Google operates, subject to applicable law and Google’s policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
10. Contact
For privacy questions about Block Buster Thunder, contact the developer through the Google Play store listing for this App (support / contact email shown on the listing), or the developer contact details associated with the Play Console account that published the App.
